At Sunflower Christian Coaching, I teach that there is NO SHAME in experiencing the full range of human emotions. Christians are NOT supposed to be happy all the time. No human is. Oddly enough, learning and accepting this truth will bring you more easily into joy and authentic connection than all your months and years of trying to conform to what you "should" be thinking and feeling.

No matter where you are in your story, the end has not yet been written. Even from the most desperate, difficult or just plain boring circumstances, God invites us to participate in co-creating the life that we were born to live.
