I've been there...
As a Christian physician who has survived 3 episodes of Major Depression, I know how bleak the world can look when consumed by "not good enough," negative and anxious thoughts.
My coaching integrates Biblical truths with lived experience and expertise that will help you discover and develop more joy in your faith and daily lives by re-establishing authentic connection to the God who delights in you.
Double-certified with both the Life Coach School and the Deep Dive Coach Institute, I have the training and expertise to support you as you look deep inside your heart, mind and emotions to discover and develop more joy.

At Sunflower Christian Coaching, I help you lay claim to the transformed, whole, powerful and royal identity that God gifted you the moment you were saved. As you live into your real identity in Christ, you will discover that God has called you to live a spectacular life. He has equipped you with specific passions, dreams and desires that will both satisfy your heart and serve His Kingdom.

Coaching vs. therapy: What's the difference?
The difference is best understood with an analogy of a sports coach versus a physical therapist. The coach's job is to instruct, encourage, teach and observe the player's progress and support her as she becomes the best version of herself. A physical therapist steps in when there is an injury that needs treated so that the player can get back in the game.
As a life coach, I help you look at your thoughts and the results they are creating in your life. I encourage you to become the best version of yourself and support you as you pursue your dreams. If you are disabled by your thoughts such that you are not functioning in your day-to-day life, or if you have unprocessed trauma or intrusive memories of the past, you should seek professional therapy and treatment until you are out of crisis.
